Essay & Composition Writing

Proofreading

Hi,
my essay was given me back with feedback "MANY MANY grammatical mistakes" a with recommendation to give my essay to someone for proofreading. Could you help me, please?

This paper will deal with two essays on G. M. Hopkins and his writings, written by Susan Chambers and Nathan A. Cervo, and about an impact, which these essays have on understanding a meaning of Hopkins’s poems.
In her essay, Susan Chambers focuses on G. M. Hopkins as on a poet. Through many examples of Hopkins’s poems (especially “The Wreck of the Deutschland”) she is trying to point out “his strange stylistic intensity” (Chambers 10). According to Chambers, Hopkins’s experiments with language are the thing that makes his poems to seem modern. She also promotes that “Hopkins wanted his religious convictions to be like the best kind of poem or the best kind of passion: always fresh, always new, always arriving to his heart and his intelligence with the ecstatic intensity of the moment he first felt them as convictions“ (29). Arriving at conviction and the meaning of conviction itself to Hopkins is also an important part of this essay.
As far as I am concern, I can only agree with an assertion that Hopkins’s poems are timeless. Reading of Hopkins’s poem “The Windhover” has a specific effect on reader even since the first line of the poem and the cause is the sound and the meaning of the words.
Nathan A. Cervo focuses rather on Hopkins’s poem “The Windhover” than on Hopkins’s writings as a whole. He puts together words “bow-bend” and “buckle” used in this poem, and interprets their double meaning and their references to Hopkins’s strong Christian belief.

Thank you!
