hi,, I need this letter to be checked over in terms of finding fatal grammar mistakes.

Hello Mrs.Aytenzo,
Here are the legal documents demanded by law from the foreign partner in order to form Limited Company which are to be formed by partnership with foreign enterprise;
The company with foreign nationality that shall be co-founder needs to have the following documents vertified by Turkish consulate with an Apostil:
1-A document showing authorized signatory [It is a document similar to signature circular (imza sirküleri ) in our country]
2- Certificate of Formation and Main Contract
3-A document showing current state of capital structure
4-Sharing Decison. (The Decision of Sharing must include corporate name, how much capital would be necessary, who will have the signing power in the name of co-founder company in the new company,)
5-Under the corparate name of the company that are to be formed in Turkey, the sign statment of authorized signatory in new company. (2 copies).
6-a pasaport copy of authorized signatory
7-7 pasaport photos
8-The power of attorney (enable to form) for forming the company.
My advice relating to corporate name of the company would be "Youngjin Chemical Industry and Foreign Trade Limited Company"
It both evocatives parent campany, brings about gurantee and complies with regulations.
