Furthermore, I tried to contact the after-sales department of your company, but the staff member who takes charge of my order is unavailable at that moment and he did not get back to me until now.
As you know, we have maintained a sound cooperative relationship with each other for more than three years, and I want you to take this matter seriously. I would like to return the mistaken items and get the right ones before this Friday. I hope you can take this matter seriously, or I will have to terminate cooperation with your company and turn to other suppliers.
