Introduction
In response to a request from out Marketing Director, I would like to submit the following report which aims to analyze and summarize the results of the marketing research that was carried out recently.
Findings
I consulted a well-known marketing research company and delegated them to collect all the information about the market, buying habits and competitors through questionnaires and field investigation.
From the feedback they presented, we could clearly see that there are two main competitors, Jessica and Bowman. Both of them take up nearly 60 percent of the total market and other competitors are small companies representing little percentage of sales.
Furthermore, it is clear that our target customers would be teenagers aged between 14 and 18. In fact, approximately 50% of them regularly purchase sports articles, while people at other age zones just buy once a year.
Conclusion
In conclusion, this overseas market would be a brilliant opportunity for the development of our company and I think it is advisable to penetrate into it.
Recommendations
From my point of view, I would recommend carrying out an advertising campaign to burnish our brand. Besides, we can also launch our products by sales promotion such as point-of-sale displays and trade shows to attract our customers.
