Proofread the conclusion of my thesis?

Hello, I would like you to proofread the conclusion of my thesis. If you find anything that should be corrected, please let me know. Thank you in advance.

Although the overwhelming majority of L2 learners consider speaking with perfect native pronunciation to be a desirable goal, by incorporating various studies, we face the issue that this is undoubtedly not an attainable goal for the majority of Japanese English learners. Taking this issue into consideration, I proposed that Japanese English learners should attain a comfortably intelligible pronunciation rather than a native-like one. In Chapter 2, I described the problematic aspects of the learning goal which focuses on native patterns of speech, considering the intrinsic difficulty of L2 learners’ phonetic acquisition and the environmental settings in which Japanese English learners learn the target language. Moreover, I examined the possibility of accented speech to affect intelligibility, which proved to be largely negligible. In Chapter 3, I delved into the question of what constitutes intelligible pronunciation and reached the answer that learners may learn phonological elements with a higher priority on prosody than consonants, and consonants than vowels. On this basis, I provided a comprehensive list of phonological elements that Japanese English learners should be aware of in their pronunciation learning in Chapter 4. By making full use of this list, they should be able to find out a way of enhancing the intelligibility of their pronunciation to the level that their speech patterns do not hinder successful communication.
