Proofread my response to a quote :)

“There’s something backward when the same “kids” who defend our nation with M16s are somehow too dangerous to carry .38s for self-defense on college campuses.”

This may be a fair statement, but we cannot assume that all “kids” will behave the same on a battlefield and a college campus. That same “kid” can be a good soldier on the battlefield, but one day as a college student, he can get frustrated and angry with another student or professor and take out his .38 to shoot them.
