Dear all,
I am working hard on the below translation of my school teacher's reference. Will it be a bit too long or state too personal? Hope teachers here can provide me with some comments and help. Any words or sentences should be deleted. Thank you so much!

Dear Sir / Madam,
Letter of Recommendation for Ms XXX
I had the pleasure of teaching XXX in my visual arts class at XXX from 2003 to 2008, and watched her as she grew up. We have maintained a close mentor-student relationship to this day.
During her first two years at the school, XXX was already demonstrating her talent in art. She had unique ideas for various types of artworks, Her pieces were unconventional and creative, breaking with traditions and impressing her audience. In Forms four and five, her performance had exceeded the average high school level and the artworks were comparable those of professional artists in beauty; this can be seen from her works during that time. In XXX (XXX, 2008), she received an A in visual arts. I have displayed XXX's works on numerous occasions in public lectures, people have been astonished by her amazing creations. After 2008, she transferred to XXX. The teachers from that high school also had praise for her exceptional performance.
After XXX had graduated and returned to XXX, YYY and I invited her to co-organise and work on two major community art projects, namely ‘ZZA’ (201x) and ‘ZZB’ (201x). On this occasion, I had the chance to closely observe her work attitudes. XXX dedicated herself to creating perfect works in order to obtain the most satisfactory outcome. She would until it had reached perfection. The sponsors of the aforementioned projects spoke highly of her performance. As her supervisor, I appreciated her industriousness.
XXX is a young artist who invests all of herself in her works. She has excellent organisational skills, great attention to detail, and outstanding execution abilities. These personalities enable her to finish countless tasks simultaneously and precisely. Furthermore, she is mastering numerous skills of the visual arts, including graphic design, photography and videography. The works she creates are considered astonishing, and the quality of output is consistent.
It has been nearly fifteen years since I met this student. XXX has become mature, determined, and more passionate about art. In particular, she is interested in using art to serve communities and promote ecological and environmental protection. Overall, she excels both in arts and in execution. I highly recommend XXX for your programme. If you give her the opportunity, she will be able to achieve mastery.
Yours Faithfully,
Retired Visual Arts Teacher, XXX School
Co-Founder, YYY
