The scenario is I received an email from a colleague to do a data entry of a huge file. So I want to send an email regarding the delivery deadline by batches. In the email below i’ve Mentioned assets that refer to the list of title. Hope the information that i shared might useful to proofread my email below:
Hi Xxx,
Based on our calculation, we have over 250 incomplete details that need to be delivered to your team, including the latest file we have received few days ago. We are decided to deliver the assets by batches. Since the volume is very high let’s take every Friday for the delivery to your team starting from this 26th June. We are expecting about 20-30 assets in one batch.
