Would you please take a look at the following:

"I plan on doing Master's in the USA, and Harvard is for me a very tempting choice as to that end"

Is the above statement correct?

But the way I wrote it:
"I plan on doing Master's in the USA, and Harvard is for me a very tempting choice as to that end",

is it technically/grammatically wrong, or is it, for example, a matter of being unnatural or unnecessarily lengthy?

There are parts that are wrong:
doing Master's -- wrong.
doing my master's -- right

If something is a tempting choice, it mans that you have not yet decided to choose it.
eg The chocolate donut is a tempting choice. So is the jam one.

Thus, it would not be good to say Harvard is for me a very tempting choice
