Proof reading waiver request letter

Dear Research Students’ Committee,
I am writing to respectfully request a waiver for the GRE which I am required to pass for becoming a doctoral candidate. I am able to take the GRE however I am craving to start my doctoral study in this semester. Based on my academic background I am confident that I qualify for a waiver request.
I completed first two years of my bachelor’s degree with a cumulative GPA of xxx. After ten years interruption, I completed the second two years of my bachelor’s degree with a cumulative GPA of xxx as being the valedictorian of my undergraduate class. I earned a master’s degree with a cumulative GPA of xxx which was the highest GPA in the graduate school. My master’s thesis was privileged to be the first one in our department that passes without modifications.
At my graduate school I conducted research in the area of bioinformatics. We were given biological problems to be solved by computational methods. I mathematically model a biological problem for making it suitable to be solved by machine learning algorithms. My supervisors are confident that my research will be published. On the other hand the program codes of this research were published as a package in The Comprehensive R Archive Network.
I would very much like to start my doctoral study in this semester. This would give me the chance to work hard and learn without a break. Thank you for taking time to consider my request. I look forward to a favorable response.
