It was like every single thing I didn't feel I knew enough about. I would describe the program as amazing boot camp for business owners. The fact that it was so practical and so Hands-On and that every day that I left there-there was something on my list that I could immediately apply to my business. That was incredible. My greatest challenge as a small business owner has been understanding the financial aspect of running a business and I feel very comfortable navigating our numbers. We are growing better after the program. When we expand from 2 to 5 locations, we were about to double the amound of employees. What excites me most about the future of PANTHER COFFEE is the potential of growth. You have a tendency to over-capitalise. Also, remember paragraph breaks. Large slabs of text with no paragraph breaks are daunting.
