I am Leticia Pollock, co-founder of PANTHER COFFEE Miami. I love making coffee. I love talking about coffee. I love sharing coffee with people. Yeah, I love coffee a lot. PANTHER COFFEE is a Specialty Coffee Company. We do wholesale and Retail. Currently, we have two coffee shops. We believe in the quality of the product and quality of relationships. Our coffee comes from Central South America and also from Africa. Every batch that we roast we do ourselves for our coffee. We analyze the aroma and the flavor in the sweetness to make sure that we have the best representation of that delicious coffee ****. We had no business background when we started. I guess luckily we *** enough to think about it too much *** We just did it. The biggest challenges have been the financial aspect - both accessing capital, and understanding the financial aspect of the business. When I read about the program, it makes so much sense. And, Yes I could learn more about marketing, yes, I could learn more about being faithful, yes I could learn more about financial statements. It was like every single thing I didn't feel I knew enough about. I would describe the program as amazing boot camp for business owners. The fact that it was so practical and so Hands-On and that every day that I left there-there was something on my list that I could immediately apply to my business. That was incredible. My greatest challenge as a small business owner has been understanding the financial aspect of running a business and I feel very comfortable navigating our numbers. We are growing better after the program. When we expand from 2 to 5 locations, we were about to double the amound of employees. What excites me most about the future of PANTHER COFFEE is the potential of growth. And all the communities that we can touch, ** people's lives that we can participate in you're going to hear a lot about PANTHER COFFEE.
*** The END ***
Thanks and best regards,
David Kim

I think that "proof-read" is a bit too high-powered for this situation. I think "check" would suffice.
You have a tendency to over-capitalise. Also, remember paragraph breaks. Large slabs of text with no paragraph breaks are daunting.
There are a couple of words that I couldn't catch.
