Can somebody please help to proof-read and give some suggestions please?

Through this I hereby inform that Mr. Andersson has successfully completed the Masters in Composition and has been accepted for Meisterklasseexamen in Composition.
Since in Germany its not possible to make a PhD in composition for not being a theoretical discipline, there is a degree called Meisterklasseexamen, which only exist in German-speaking countries and which is the highest academic degree it can be achieved on a practical level, in the arts disciplines.
Meisterklasseexamen students in Germany have the same rights to apply for a scholarship as PhD candidates.
It is our understanding that your institution issues only scholarships for masters and doctorates, but it would be unfortunate that, for not existing the degree of Meisterklasseexamen in Sweeden, the renewal of the grant would be denied to Mr. Andersson as it would hinder the continuation of his studies in our institution.
