Essay & Composition Writing

Proof read essay please, Thank you in advance.

After watching the first two episodes of the Apprentice, I’ve notice there are

many lessons that can be learned from the series. Three main lessons that a business

person may learn after watching episodes one and two would be location, being

persuasive, and also timing.

Location is key for any business to have great success. Finding a Specific location

Is very important. For example, New York is a state with lots of major cities within itself.

Although most cities in New York seems to be crowded, the major businesses and

Corporations are located in downtown Manhattan due to the fact that Manhattan is one

Of the largest cities in the state of New York with a large population. From The

Apprentice, two other examples of location being key was when VersaCorp and Protégé

Corporation was hired to sell lemonade on the streets of New York. Next to a ship dock

VersaCorp chose to sell lemonade, which was clearly a bad location to start off at. On the

Other hand, Protégé Corporation found a unique area in downtown Manhattan and that

Spot allowed them to win the challenge of selling lemonade for Donald Trump.

Being Persuasive was another lesson that was learned from the Apprentice. For

example, when Versacorp were trying to sell lemonade, they didn’t catch most

customers attention because they were persuading the any customers in any kind of way.

They were trying to catch customers attention by running up with signs in there hands that

said “lemonade for sale”. David from Versacorp even went as far as chasing a person on

A bike to purchase their lemonade drinks. The girls at Protégé Corporation were very

persuasive in many ways. They explained how they had the best lemonade drinks

Available in New York. They made deals with different customers to satisfy them which

led them into buying more drinks. For any business, you have to know how to persuade

customers into buying your product and why your product is better then the other

Business markets out there.

Timing is another lesson that you would learn after watching Episodes one and

two of the Apprentice. For example. Versacorp and Protégé Corporation was set to sell

Lemonade during the day of the week in New York. Donald Trump made sure that he

gave them the challenge during the weekend, which is the busiest time of the day. For

example, timing is very important for any business because there are peak hours of the

day where people usually tend to shop. For instance, selling lemonade on the streets of

New York at 11:00 pm at night wouldn’t be such a bright idea. Donald Trump set both

teams to sell lemonade around 1:00 pm and sale results were good because many

employees have launch at that time.

Location, Persuading, and timing are three lessons you may learn after watching

episodes One and two of The Apprentice. Choosing the right spot to open a business,

knowing how to persuade customers and having a great business schedule are keys for

any businesses.
