Pronunciation of year2100 and following

Hi,
I was wondering how years will be pronounced after year 2099 (twothousand ninety nine).
Will it be twenty-one hundred or two thousand one hundred?
I think that the pronouciation changed in year 1100 as well, from year onethousand ninety nine to eleven-hundred.
I'm just curious..cause I don't think I'll be around anymore at that time.

bye and cheers

Short phrases are easier to pronounce than longer ones; assimilated ones are easier to pronounce than queen's pronunciation.

Exactly...the shorter it is the better.
I think that eventually it will be pronunced "twenty-one-01, 02,03 etc.."
Pity we won't be there to check it!
