CalifJim/'tra? z?z/
So it is pronounced with /?/ sound but I hear many people people pronouncing it with a /w/ sound /'traw z?z/ even though its correct phonetic transcription is /'tra? z?z/.

I have not heard any native speaker pronouncing it in this way.

Pronounce it as you hear it. However, note that in transcriptions, /w/ is only used in the syllable-initial position. In "trousers" it would be syllable-final, so /?/ is used.
