Hi all, How do I spell 'to' as a verb in infinitive? I want to study. ( Just a simple example); I say 'to', sounding like 'two' or sounding like 'too' or neither one nor the other? Regards.

To these ears, to, too, and two all sound completely alike.

Please keep in mind that 'to' is a weak form word. That is, when you use the word 'to' contrastively, it sounds like 'too', or 'two'. In most cases, however, the 't' is followed by the vowel sound of 'put', or a schwa.
