Pronunciation of the contraction "What've" and "When've"

Hi,

What is the pronunciation of the contraction or the reduced form of "What've" and "When've" when people speak normally and fast?

Below is the sound of the two phrases that I think is correct, if my pronunciation is not standard, please feel free to point it out. (Better use the IPA) Thank you very much!

**What've [w?t?v] or [w?:t?v]

**When've [wen?v]

These look good to me, Tay:

[w?:t?v] ( some people: [w?:d?v])

[wen?v]

I say something like [w???v] or [w???v] and [w?n?v] or [w?n?v], where ? is the flapped dental that sounds a lot like [ d] and [?] is a fairly high schwa.
