Pronunciation of plural words

How should I pronounce some plural form words...?

I mean like these words.

A : asks, lists, desks, guests, tests.....

B : acts, facts, cats...

C : months, fifths, sixths...

I'm wondering how can I pronounce more fluently.

Some say...

In case of 'A and B'... Native speakers usually reduce '/t/' sound.

asks ---> [asssss]

Also in case of 'C'... they usually reduce '/th/' sound.

Is it right???

I really wonder...
