Pronunciation of 'Contents'

Can contents be pronounced in two different ways? I looked at the free online dictionary for the pronunciation:

http://www.thefreedictionary.com/contents

Can I use the second pronunciation for both of the meanings (i.e. (i) "Something Contained"; (ii) Satisfied)?

Can I say "I put the watermarks in the word document"? Also, is the single quotations for my post title correct?

Thanks a lot!
