Pronunciation of "businessman"

Hi

Could you please tell me how you pronounce "man" in businessman? Would you pronounce both mans the same way?

He is a nice man.

He is a businessman/policeman.

In AmE, we often pronounce the "man" in "businessman" so that it nearly rhymes with "win". Same with: Policeman Fireman Congressman etc.
