Pronunciation differences between different forms of 'finance'

Hi. I noticed that on my textbook, there are different pronunciations for the verb and noun form of the word 'finance'. It says that the verb form of it is ['fa?næns]; while the noun form of it is pronounced like ['fa??næns], but I can't find this kind of use of stresses elsewhere. What I got from online dictionaries was that the pronunciation of these two forms of 'finance' is actually the same.

So, my questions are:

1) Are there really some differences when you're pronouncing them in everyday life?

2) Does my textbook offer the correct information?

Thank you in advance.
