Sir, I just went through your blogs which have already turned me eagre to learn in respect of pronunciation and fluency.I know most of the answers of this question is just speak ,think and even dream in English.But those are not feasible.Do you have any other option ? The first thing you need is an accent reduction course, because you need to learn the phonemes. For Amercan English, I suggest "American Accent Training" by Ann Cook. For British English, I suggest "English Pronunciation in Use", by Cambridge University Press.
