Pronunciation ?

I am confused about how to speak some words in a correct manner

Like definitely
It is very hard for me to speak with "t" , I usually speak without "t" , is it sounds normal?

Hardly

This is also hard for me, I speak it with extremely weird accent because of the "d"

It's hard to give any advice when we can't actually hear you, but to be honest when I speak fast I usually say 'definitely' without the 'T' sound;) maybe this could help, But from my point of view, pronunciation is important, it's definietly worth trying to sound as good as we can, but there are some sounds my students simply can't pronounce, I always tell them not to worry about it too much:) Good luck:)

Assuming you are aiming at an American pronunciation (You didn't mention this), the T in definitely and the D in hardly are both unreleased because of the following "ly" ending. This means that you form the sounds as if you were going to say them, but then you don't follow through to complete the so
