It's hard to give any advice when we can't actually hear you, but to be honest when I speak fast I usually say 'definitely' without the 'T' sound;) maybe this could help, But from my point of view, pronunciation is important, it's definietly worth trying to sound as good as we can, but there are some sounds my students simply can't pronounce, I always tell them not to worry about it too much:) Good luck:)
