I'm American, and I've never heard the second one. In fact, I very rarely hear the first. It is not at all usual here to use the contracted form "mayn't".

I'm American, and I've never heard the second one. In fact, I very rarely hear the first. It is not at all usual here to use the contracted form "mayn't". We say "may not" 99.99% of the time.
