Hi guruhkcs, and welcome to our forum.

There are a lot of differences between British dialects and American dialects, and there are a lot of differences between different accents within the US, and lots of differences within the UK too. So it's a very broad topic to discuss...
Two of the most noticeable differences are T's and R's anyway, in my opinion. In American English, some T's are pronounced like D's, while in the UK they are either pronounced as T or not pronounced at all (that feature would be called "glottal stop"). You can notice the difference in words like "better" or "matter". As for R's, in most dialects in the UK they are not pronounced in certain positions, while in the US they are pronounced in most dialects. Again, you can hear the difference in words like "better" or "matter". That's all for now.
