I can pronounce the regular entrepreneur just fine. Does entrepreneurial use the same pronunciation of the root word (entrepreneur) and just add and "ee-ul" to the end? That sounds funny to me? Help me w/ the "ul". Is it like "ultimate"?

Yes. Just add "ee-ul" to the end. "ul" as in (approximately) "beautiful", or like "le" in "table".
