Pronouns to avoid repetition?

This is my part of speaking script based on the question "How can you help students to be self-motivated"

I think this answer is not good because I repeated teachers and students... so many times..

What do you think?

Where can I put pronouns such as them in the script?

I think teachers can use various ways to motivate students to be self motivated. Teachers can play sports with students. For girls, teachers can do games and after school or using or on the weekends. Those games can be board game or just um.. Gomusul play which is Korean traditional girls game, or for men teachers can play basketball or soccer. Teachers can provide light refreshment that don’t really burden teachers’ finance. Secondly based on those activities, first these activities will help improve teachers’ and students’ relationship and this will result in better I mean this will motivate students to study cause teachers help students to study more close to them, I mean help them to be close to them. Teachers can easily talk about what students can think of.
