Pronouns for a country name

Hello everyone.

I have a couple of questions regarding the following three sentences:

(A) Having lived in the States for many years, she knows a lot about the country.

(B) Having lived in the States for many years, she knows a lot about it.

(C) Having lived in the States for many years, she knows a lot about her.

Which of the above three sentences is the best to describe this idea? Are there any incorrect sentences among them?
