If pronouns are used as complements they should take the subjective form (I/he/she/we/they): after all, they are echoing the subject. But 'It is I', for example, sounds unnatural even though it is correct; so many people use the objective form (me/him/her/us/them), although strictly speaking that is incorrect.

So, the answer to your question is: 'Jason and they'
