Are these correct in grammar.
It is I. / It was she. It was he. (Not- It was her, It was him.)

May I speak with Charlie?
This is he.
Is that correct grammar, This is he?

He is taller than she - means he is taller than she is. He is taller than I - means he is taller than I am. Am I not correct?
