Pronounciation "outta here"

1) Can I skip pronouncing 'f(for the word 'of')' sound and instead make flap t sound only?

2) this is kidda outta topic question but how do u pronounce african american 'aight yo'?

3) one more I forgot the word that starts with letter 'f' which is used to mean to skin fish and clean it up and cut it in pieces. its easy to see signboards written 'We F**** Fish' on many fishing boats!
