Pronounciation of the word 'our'

Is the word 'our' /a??r/ pronounced with [w] or [?] please?

I think you're asking if it's pronounced [a??r] or [aw?r]. It's the first, but note that intervocalic [?] will naturally tend toward a weak form of the glide sound [w]. It's probably not possible to say "our" without a little hint of [w]. On the other hand, some people, in fast speech, say

Yes it is exactly what i was asking and thank you for your reply.
When i hear people pronouncing the word 'our', i hear a hint of [w] although it is transcribed as [a??r]

but i was not sure if i was hearing correctly which led to my question.
Finally, do you actually pronounce the [?] as well followed by the glide sound [w] or replace the [?] sound with [w]?

Everybody seems to choose their own way of doing that. You'll hear it both ways.

Not always the case. It varies. Some people pronounce it that way and some pronounce it the same as are.

Yes, I am agree with you. Every country accents is different from each other. U.S people pronounciation is different from U.K people pronounciation.
