Pronounciation

At school, I have heard lots of different pronounciations for words but i had a small doubt. For the word " Economics", is it pronounced Echo - Noh(stress) - mics or Echooo - nomics ?

as a non-stressed vowel, the o in eco is reduced to a shwa in natural speech. (I only speak for American pronunciation) The stressed o in n o mics is pronounced like ah, not oh. k ?
