pronounciation

Dear Teacher,

When I read English, I often meet proper nouns, especially names of people and places. But I don't know their pronounciation. What can I do? I have no this kind of dictionaries. There are some:

names of people: millhone, Danziger, Ahlberg

names of places: Via Madrina, Arbol

how to pronounce them? Thank you!

Hi, it's a problem every learner has, and there's no solution, I'm afraid. Native speakers have that problem too, though.
