Pronoun "which" to refer to both?

Hi. Please help. Can we use the pronoun "which" in the following example sentences to refer to both "Wednesday" and "Friday" connected by the conjunction "or"?

1. He was able to work on it on Wedneday or Friday, which were days allowed.
2. He was able to work on it either on Wedneday or Friday, which were days allowed.
