Pronoun use

What is the correct form of the pronout "me" or "myself" in the following sentance:

If you have any questions please contact either John Smith or me.

It is "me."

People were chastised too many times as children for saying "Me and Jimmy are going to..." and are now afraid of the word "me."

If you have any questions, contact me. You'd never say "contact myself" in that context, would you? But you add "John Smith" and you're suddenly back to thinking that you can't say "John and me."
