Pronoun "their" for a bakery

Hi. Let's say you went into a bakery and bought a loaf of bread. And it was delicious. Can I say to say something about t it? Thank you in advance for your help.

Thank you. I think it's a matter of preference as to decide which one is better. If I'm correct, which do you prefer? Thank you again in advance.

1. Their bread was delicious.
2. Its bread was delicious.

I would always say #1 because it is bakers who bake the bread.
