Pronoun "that" in place of adjective

Hi. Please tell me if the pronoun "that" in bold can be used in place of the adjective "good." For the question, let's say there are two men discussing whether a gift to be given to a certain person is good or not. And one person says "It seems good to me." Then the other agrees, "It seems that to me, too." Thank you in advance for your help.

It's possible, but I wouldn't recommend it in the general case. It's more normal to repeat the adjective. It seems good to me, too.
