then you are saying 'it' is 'disagreement' which is place right before the word. Right? Somebody keeps telling me that 'it' is 'testament', and I don't think she's right.. that's why I posted it.
She is wrong for semantic reasons, not a structural one, however. A pronoun could easily bypass the nearest noun if the meaning is clearly inappropriate.
