I'd like to ask a question regarding the two underlined 'it'. The first seems to refer to 'a sling'. (Am I right?)
The second 'it' seems to be able to stand for 'a sling' but the possibility of it referring to 'her right arm' I cannot rule out. (What do you suggest?)
Regards.
