Pronoun

Hello.

Two persons are talking, looking at a photo.

One person says, “Who is this girl?” pointing at a girl in the photo.

The other person will answer,

1) She is my sister Jenny.
2) That is my sister Jenny.
3) This is my sister Jenny.
4) It is my sister Jenny.

Which is the most common response?

Thank you.

My guess would be 4, especially when expressed with the contracted form "It's".

However. And this is a big and surprising "however". Google Ngrams can't find any examples of "It is my sister" or of "It's my sister".

When people tell you that we never refer to human beings as 'it', give them this scenario to show that we certainly do.

I suppose that we're mentally referring to the photo and not the girl when we do that.

Sisters do seem to be the least talked about members of the family in this context.

I don't think so. If someone indicates a female at the other end of the room and asks 'Who's that?', it is possible to respond with 'It's my sister'.
