Please help me with this. Is thsis sentnce correct?

E.g. You work faster than I/me. (which one is correct? I or me?)

You work faster than I -- not 'wrong' but not quite right. Use the full form: 'I do'. Some will argue with 'I' and some will argue with 'me', but with 'I do' you cannot go wrong.

Just it is a multiple choice exercise and there is only given these two pronouns me and I. So which one should I put?
