Prompt With

In an android app, the statement "Every security breach will be logged and prompt with a notification" is written, I have looked the word "prompt" up in dictionaries, but I cannot understand what "prompt" in this statement means.

Is it "Every security breach will prompt with a notification" or "Every security breach will be prompt with a notification" and what does it mean?

Also, while searching on the internet, I have found "What's left is prompt with answer" on google search, what does it mean as well?

Thank you.

The word 'prompt' just seems wrong here to me. I wonder if the writer means "Every security breach will be logged and will prompt a notification". ie it will trigger a notification.
