It is just that last time when I asked whether 'outlaw bribe' is correct instead of 'outlaw bribery', the answer was only 'outlaw bribery' is correct.

I thought because bribery is the action of giving or receiving bribe but bribe just means the money or gift, I can outlaw the action but not the money itself.
