Project progress or process?

When I was attending a meeting, I want to let everyone to see which step the project had arrived. So which sentence as follows I should say, A or B?

(A) Let's review the progress of this project.

(B) Let's review the process of this project.

What's the different between progress and process?

Progress refers to the current state of the project. While process gives overview of different states of the project before it will be completed. (The process of making a cake is as follows: first, mix the flour and eggs together. Next, ....)
