i have been out of work for six months and wanted to know how do i create a profile to tell employers what have been doing (example i am a teacher at my church)

Normally you make up a resume and this six month period would be part of it. I would say either admit you were out of work/looking for work, or make something up if you think you need to. Something like helping out a relative, working with somebody on some sort of project.
