Whats the opposite of profile, in the followng context?

1 She beautiful, she has an amazing profile but when you look at her from upfront, she's not pretty.

What's the word that means the bold bit?

I've looked through the dictionary and full-face is an adjective it says, you've used it as a noun. Should I not use it like that?
