Proficient or Proficency

For my resumé, I listed the following skill of mine: "Internet proficiency". But is that grammatically incorrect? Should it instead read "Internet Proficient"? Which one is correct?

I'm confused. Could someone clear this up for me? Thank you! Emotion: smile
