Is it right to say 'Proficient in PC' or 'Proficiency on PC' ?

I'm not comfortable with either one.

Assuming you intend to distinguish PC from Macintosh, I'd say "proficient on a PC," or "proficient in PC operation."

Its a sentence from my resume under technical skills like bullet points, so thats the whole sentence.

My friends resume reads - 'Proficiency on PC' and mine says 'Proficient in PC'

In that case, I'd probably say, "Proficient on PC," but I'm sure opinions will vary.
