I am herewith furnishing the contents of your post in the International standards. Follow it, and apply the same when you write a prescription in the future. However, it is not a mandatory to follow it as a family doctor. But, it is a must if you refer a case to the super-specialist doctor.

International Standard

1.Calcigard 10mg b.i.d./BD after meals.

2.Alprax .50mg o.d./OD hs

3. Becosules o.d./OD after meals

4.Dexorange syrup 2/3/4/ tea spoons after meals

Or

General writing

1.Calcigard 10mg twice daily after meals.

2.Alprax .50mg once daily at bed-time.

3. Becosules once daily after meals

4.Dexorange syrup 2/3/4/ tea spoons after meals

It is easy for the patient if you write in general way as shown above. If you are referring a case to the super-specialist you follow the first one.
